Renovations will be carried out in two stages with Stage One encompassing 19 x 2 bedroom apartments and 6 Superior rooms, commencing 8 April 2010. Completion of this stage is due by mid June 2010, in preparation for a busy ski season. Stage Two refurbishment (60 rooms) is due to be completed by the end of October 2010. The refurbishment programme will be carried out wing by wing so that no guests have access to work areas, to ensure no disruptions to their stay. All main guest facilities such as the reception, Hillary's Restaurant, Rocks Cafe and Bar, Guest Laundry and spa pool areas will continue to be accessible and available for guests at their leisure.

Hillary's Restaurant: Featuring western cuisine. Open for breakfast 6.00am - 10.00am and dinner 6.00pm - 9.00pm.

The Rocks Cafe & Bar: Full restaurant menu available in a relaxed environment with a cosy open fire for winter and a nice outdoor courtyard for summer. Light meals also available. Open from 5.30pm until late.
